Cristina has studied and practiced Yoga for the past 25 years and holds the highest level of certification by the Yoga Alliance Professionals UK - Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT). Her gratitude extends to Geeta Iyengar, Karen Kenton, Sandeep Mehta, The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashrams, Mark Whitwell, Dr Robert Svoboda, Scott Blossom, Sianna Sherman, Don Conreaux, Yantara Jiro, Burgs and Matias De Stefano for their inspiration, guidance and teachings. In 2005 she opened and set up the award winning Bamford Wellness Spa in Daylesford, Gloucestershire, where she became a resident yogi and healer.

Cristina, a former Dance Music DJ from Portugal is now Cotswolds foremost Sound Healer who is changing the way people perceive sound and in 2021 she was featured in the Daily Mail Article "Soothe yourself with Sound". Her journey began in 2017/2018 when she trained in Sound Medicine with Yantara Jiro from Singapore, a quantum healer with over 20 years of experience in Sound Healing, after which she was certified a Quantum Alchemy Crystal Bowls Practicioner Level 1 & 2. " in 2019 she became a Gong Master under the teachings of Don Conreaux who was one of the five original Kundalini Yoga Teachers in America in 1969. Cristina's teachings are based in the unity of body, mind and soul through deep asana, powerful alignment, intention, mudra, breath activation, meditation and sound vibration. She is an innovative, visionary spirit with a deep devotion to heart alchemy and her life mission is to connect and share the New Earth Codes with her community through Yoga, Sound, Cacao & Ceremony. Cristina runs residential retreats in the most exquisite and private locations around the world.
